Stranraer Accommodation at the Swan Inn

The Swan Inn hotel in Stranraer has kindly agreed to accommodate Neil and Tony on the return leg of their trip to Belfast in mid-May to pick up parts from the Trident 2E there. This helps us out very much, and we really appreciate the gesture. It will help us focus more of our funds (and your donations) on the important work restoring G-ARPO.

The Swan Inn is located opposite Agnew Park, with views over Loch Lomond. It is also a popular pub and restaurant. Please consider it when in the area, or when travelling on the ferry from Stranraer to Belfast.

This site represents the bid to save and preserve the last complete Hawker Siddeley HS.121 Trident 1C anywhere in the world. This is G-ARPO, the 16th Trident built and the last 1C to fly. It is based in the north east of England. It was moved to the North East Aircraft Museum at Sunderland in Summer 2011 and will be restored.
